    Delicious and enjoyable breakfast, fairly clean hotel.

    There were brand-new, neat rooms with a great view, a double bed and large bathroom. The hotel's setting was central and the staff were helpful and top-class people at reception desk. The airport was 16 miles away from here, favourable location.

    Location is a dream! Connected to the mall and easy metro access. Plus, loved chilling at the Spartan Sports Bar. The two pool tables there were fantastic for our group! Really enjoyed my time at the Vantage bar too, perfect for evening vibes.

    Well-maintained property with service-minded employees at night shift. Very clean bed in the deluxe king room, plus a mini-bar, central heating and an iron. Nice hot breakfast option with the value paid and a large spread including continental indian, as example.

    view was splendid. gym and swimming pool were very good.

    The rooms still need to review a lot of humidity felt. And water leak in my room 2202. We reported it and no particular attention to this request which was not negligible, I found it a little damaging. Even when we said it we did not expect anything in return but for a hotel of standing I think a small gesture would have been very well seen.

    I loved the location of the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, so convenient with direct access to the mall for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was spacious and clean, offering fine views of the Dubai skyline. The bed was comfortable. There were some issues with the bathroom's glass walls, which didn't offer much privacy. The shower had temperature control issues, splashing water everywhere. Breakfast selection was great, but I felt the dining menu could use more variety.
